In NanoLearning a skin is considered to be the color scheme of your NanoLearning plus the screen size. When you first create NanoLearning it prompts you for things like the name, and a description. Down toward the bottom there is a dropdown menu to choose the skin.
I see so many new Nanos that all use the default skin, that it makes me think that people don't know how to change it.
Once you've created NanoLearning you can still change the skin by clicking on the menu item "Edit Properties" in the editing and creation environment. You can change all those properties like the description, version number, and the skin from there.
So experiment with our full line up of skins and tell us what you think!
